  • 1. Beef ………… 160g
  • 2. Onion ………… 50g
  • Condiments (3.~5.)
  • 3. Soy sauce ………… 1 tablespoon
  • 4. Mirin ………… 1 tablespoon
  • 5. Sugar ………… 1/2 tablespoon
  • 6. Green onion ………… As needed
  • 1. Beef ………… 320g
  • 2. Onion ………… 100g
  • Condiments (3.~5.)
  • 3. Soy sauce ………… 2 tablespoons
  • 4. Mirin ………… 2 tablespoons
  • 5. Sugar ………… 1 tablespoon
  • 6. Green onion ………… As needed

How to make

  1. Slice the beef thinly into bite-sized pieces.
    Slice the onion thinly.
  2. Mix 1 and the condiments well in a bowl and place them on the cooking plate.
  1. Put the washed rice and water in the inner pot, and then put it in the rice cooker.
  2. Insert 2 in the inner pot, select the “同時烹煮 / Synchro-Cooking” menu,
    and press the [炊飯 / Start] key.
  3. When cooking is complete, place the cooked rice in a serving bowl,
