1. Minced pork ………… 250g
2. Shiitake mushroom ………… 60g
3. Fried onion ………… 15g
Condiments( 4.~11.)
4. Soy sauce ………… 1-1/4 tablespoons
5. Dark soy sauce ………… 1/4 tablespoon
6. Shaoxing wine ………… 1/4 tablespoon
7. Corn starch ………… 1/4 tablespoon
8. Sugar ………… 1/4 tablespoon
9. Five-spice powder ………… 3/8 teaspoon
10. White pepper ………… To taste
11. Fried onions ………… For garnish

How to make
Dice the shiitake mushrooms.
Mix the minced pork with the condiments.
Mix the shiitake mushrooms with the seasoned minced pork.
Load the cooking plate with 3 and sprinkle the fried onions onto it.
Put the washed rice and water in the inner pot and set it in the rice cooker.
Place 4 into the inner pot, select the “同時烹煮 / Synchro-Cooking” menu
and press the [炊飯 / Start] key.
When cooking is complete, place the cooked rice in a serving bowl and top it off with 4.
Sprinkle the dish with the fried onion.
